A Samba group formed in 2020, based in Rotterdam, where the group members met at the Codarts conservatory. This brings to their audience the authentic experience of a “Roda de Samba”, which consists of musicians around a table playing diverse samba repertoire while the audience is dancing around the band, resulting in an energetic, dancy and infinite good vibes experience. The repertoire played in their concerts is an attempt to pay homage to the big names of samba and Brazilian music like Fundo de Quintal, Grupo Revelação, Dona Ivone Lara, Zeca Pagodinho, etc. This band is causing a great impact in Rotterdam by regularly playing in different parts of the city and uniting different communities and nationalities around the same ritualistic celebration of Samba and Brazilian culture!
