HIDDEN BEHIND X TIME welcomes artists from Bogota to Oud-Charlois for a summer’s night of Live Cumbia at Time is the new space. Conjunto Media Luna, led by musician and producer Iván Medellín, draws inspiration from traditional Colombian accordion cumbia melodies and modern urban sounds. The Ensemble of Cultural Approximation (TECA) performs "Shroombia", a high-energy blend of Latin American musical idioms with a contemporary edge. DOOOMBIAMBEROS is an experimental cumbia trio focusing on a heavy, drone-influenced sound. Supporting the live acts, La Pinche Tefi selects vinyl spanning tropical rhythms, funk, and psychedelic rock.
