Performing as part of their 29 year-long weekly residency, the ensemble showcases a broad spectrum of repertoire ranging from celebrated Latin classics to original compositions and contemporary works by impactful local musicians. Arturo O'Farrill is a Mexican American musician renowned for his genre-defying virtuosity and commitment to social justice. A 6-time Grammy and 2-time Latin Grammy winner, he bridges the gap between Latin rhythms, modern jazz, and contemporary composition. He has released nearly 25 albums and collaborated with jazz icons like Dizzy Gillespie and Tito Puente.
