Brace yourself for a meeting of the minds: Dr. Rubinstein returns to BASEMENT, joined by The Advent and 98dots. Rubinstein is one of the great forces in modern acid techno, an artist whose joyous elan is matched only by her fearsome power. The Advent is one of the key architects of techno, an artist whose discography goes back to the golden age. 98dots returns to the room with an immersive, psychedelic and thundering vision of techno. fka.m4a is back in STUDIO to deliver an unrestrained embrace of rave classics, trance anthems, house bombs and vocal flips. Lauren Flax drops in for a session of rugged, acid-laced house rooted in classic jacking sounds. Buenos Aires-born, Vienna-based Rumi de Baires appears for the first time, bringing sets that overflow with steamy allure and vibrant, heady house.
