Cinema Colombiano x Crema – night programme!

Cinema Colombiano is celebrating their 10th anniversary, and after a day of films it’s time for music. They’re collaborating with CREMA, a club program initiated by Operator & Radio WORM resident El Javier_B, to bring a fine selection of 5 DJ’s to guide us through the night.. The full line-up will be released in a few weeks, but we can already mention that the music program kicks off at 22:00 with a live performance by La Ruka. La Ruka blends Afro-Colombian roots with salsa and hip-hop, singing about day-to-day life on the Pacific Coast of Colombia. Despite her extensive career, she still sings in public transports, carrying her speaker around her neck and improvising about people and cultures surrounding her. She just released an EP at the respected Galletas Calientes-label, which includes the first salsa choke-song ever released on vinyl. For the event in WORM she will be joined by a 2-headed band, bringing their magical marimba along.
