Resonant Earth

Resonant Earth brings together an international ensemble of musicians for a performance of contemporary improvised music. The project features Shingo Masuda on the Japanese qanun, Hakan Tugrul on the Turkish santoor, and a multi-national piano section including Roman Stolyar, Andreas Gunter, and Yordan Kostov. The group is completed by percussionist Jhonny Joseph and Yaser Bayat on traditional Persian instruments like the setar and kemancheh.
