Fun exercise where we are challenged to empathize with people who hold beliefs we likely don’t agree with, who are experiencing a particularly insidious injustice where progressivism is inverted as a weapon of prejudice. I’m curious how this will be received in the culture it’s critiquing, but the broader questions about hypocrisy and intolerance are handled with a refreshing amount of nuance and in an interesting modern context. Can see this winning the Palme. A little too subdued imo but still great stuff.
