A spectacular, high-energy action film.

How can it possibly be this hard to make a movie about a fighting tournament? Why do they keep skipping over fights? Why does the first fight we see start in round 2? Why are there two villains? Why does the opening scene (set in 1987) have a character listening to a song that was released in 1993?Genuinely a bummer because this does a lot right, has a good cast and looks great and then becomes weirdly incoherent and boringCody Rhodes surprise MVP
fun-ish and cheesy. the exact movie you’re expecting.
