Gen-X’s Summer of Soul — a veritable feast of video footage of some of the best bands of the 90s performing, answering Kathleen Hannah’s interview questions and just hanging out; there’s no way the 84 minutes here is comprehensive, and it feels short as is, so we can only hope that the rest of these tapes are released to the public at some point but having this, in any length, is a major discovery
