it's just liam neeson doing what liam neeson does best. gets framed, gets pissed, gets behind the wheel and doesn't stop
there’s a scene in this where Liam Neeson talks to ex-wife Marissa Tomei about the “epic boning” they did on a beach in Cancun which is named The Mongoose, which is inexplicably the titular role in a Liam Neeson action movie in 2026: a beach for nostalgic boning — feels like Neeson thought this could be his The Mule but it’s really his Dukes of Hazard, a consistently surreal series of interactions where Neeson talks to his car’s AI chat about European falafel, tells a corrupt Texan cop that he’s an “inbred dung farmer”, talks to a reporter live on CNN about “racial harmony” and even calls a cat “dude” — nothing short of a hilarious spectacle and some sort of miracle that this managed a theatrical release instead of dropping straight to Tubi where it belongs (complimentary)
