For a doc that only covers through the third and final season of the original series, it is grossly overlong, a real bladder burster. I felt like I heard every point twice or more. But the love for the show and its ideas sure comes across. It's a warm reunion.

Lots of great interviews and clips throughout. It takes the story up to the Third Season cancelation, with a post-credits montage about the movies. A must-see if your’re a fan of original Trek. Actors from other Trek series are brought in only to talk about the original series. We need a sequel that covers The Next Generation years.
