At Limehouse de Reverie, Ewan Bleach performs with residents The Cable Street Rag Band. Formed at the Cable Street studios in Limehouse, the group specializes in rags but also explores a broad repertoire of old-style jazz, blues, foxtrots, and swing. Their performances often include international dance music such as waltzes, beguines, tangos, and polkas, with material dating from the 1850s to the 1940s. The ensemble's style draws heavily on the music of Django Reinhardt and the wider Manouche tradition, while also incorporating Eastern European and Klezmer influences. They are known for performing classic swing hits from artists like the Barry Sisters.
