London-sourced, Lisbon-based artist joyously celebrates their rediscovery of free body movement after a period of physical debilitation. Kuduro-inflected EBM, experimental noise freakout, acid-tweaking carnival techno, UK bass, alien sound design. “As I began to regain my mobility after months of living mainly horizontally due to surgery, my new found appreciation and respect of bodily movement made creating dance music a natural paean to regeneration, both physical, emotional and psychological. My time of limited movement facilitated alternative channels of adventure as I explored the exciting alien worlds unfolding in my imagination in sound. 2rana 3crana’s visual identity sprung from that same emancipatory ethic.” - 2RANA 3CRANA
