David Enhco

David Enhco, born in 1986, is a French trumpeter and composer awarded two Victoires du Jazz in 2018 in the “Emerging Artist” and “Group of the Year” categories. With The Amazing Keystone Big Band, which he co-founded in 2012, he has developed shows for all audiences including Pierre et le Loup... et le Jazz!, le Carnaval Jazz des Animaux (narrated by Édouard Baer), Monsieur Django et Lady Swing (narrated by Guillaume Gallienne), Django Extended, La Voix d'Ella (narrated by Vincent Dedienne) and We Love Ella. Alongside this, he created the David Enhco Quartet in 2012, with whom he released three albums: La Horde, in 2012, Layers, in 2014 and Horizons, in 2017. With Albanian singer Elina Duni and Swiss pianist Marc Perrenoud he released the album Aksham in 2018. In February 2022, he released a new album - Family Tree - with his quartet, the Quatuor Voce, Michel Portal, Caroline Casadesus and Célia Kaméni. The album is CHOC JazzMagazine, TTT Télérama, TTT Télérama Sortir, Selection FIP, Selection Mezzo, Choix Fnac and Must TSF. Every year, David Enhco gives many concerts with his quartet, the Keystone Big Band, the Trio Casadesus-Enhco, and the Enhco Brothers duo that he shares with his brother.
