Resplandor

Resplandor is a Dutch shoegaze band crafting immersive, cinematic soundscapes that bridge post-punk intensity with ethereal textures. Their latest albums, Tristeza and Pleamar, were produced by Robin Guthrie (Cocteau Twins) and mastered by Simon Scott (Slowdive). In 2026, the band is touring across Europe and the UK with their Tristeza Tour, with shows in London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Zürich, Strasbourg, Düsseldorf, Belfast, and more. They will return to London on November to headline the Other Side Shoegaze & Dream Pop Weekender and are also confirmed to perform at Gazefest in Belfast on August. In 2025, Resplandor played sold-out shows in Amsterdam and Paris, followed by standout performances in Berlin, Rotterdam, Leiden, The Hague, Düsseldorf, Kraków, Katowice, Antwerp, Utrecht, Malmö, and Copenhagen, as well as an appearance at the legendary Wave Gotik Treffen festival. They also joined LSD and the Search for God for two sold-out shows in Utrecht and Paris. In 2023, the band performed Tristeza as the opening act for The Cure on their Shows of a Lost World tour, having previously supported the band in 2013. Resplandor has also appeared at renowned festivals such as Wave Gotik Treffen (DE), Grauzone (NL), SXSW (US) and more. Throughout their career, Resplandor has toured extensively across Europe, South America, and North America, sharing the stage with iconic acts including The Cure, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Slowdive, and LSD and the Search for God, among others.
