Headbirds

In the electronic music scene it’s quite easy to get labeled into a style and, as an artist, become afraid of leaving it. Nevertheless, we can find artists with a trajectory that escapes all predefined patterns: Headbirds has been creating and producing for more than twenty years a sound that no one can copy or chase. Defined as rara avis, Headbirds extracts in his productions the good vibes from house, intervening them with electro syncopations and entering into a timeless atmosphere that oozes techno’s forcefulness. His artistic personality brought him to create his label Ochomel, his own club Les Arcs, carry nine editions of L’Estrany Festival (Catalunya) or, amongst other projects, launching COREA, an underground party in Barcelona with its finest electronic music selectors. With 8 EPs released and an álbum as ATZAR, Heabirds plays regularly in festivals, clubs and raves all around the planet, from Ho Chi Minh to Berlin. Watching him djing live is an experience that you won’t forget, as well as listening to his tracks and attending to the events he’s into.
