Ali Gua Gua AKA DJ Guagüis it´s a female mexican queer musician/artist from Veracruz. She mixes latin music with electronic beats or what she calls “Post-tropical”. Based in Mexico City, Ali Gua Gua is also a singer, composer, producer, and rapper. Two of her most known musical projects have been Las Ultrasónicas (one of the first “only women” garage/punk rock bands in Mexico) and Kumbia Queers (Argentina/Mexico). You can find her curating music and food in "La Cañita" a sea food bar restaurant in CDMX.
