Born in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and now based in Bay Area/San Francisco, Alexis Chauquer is a forward-thinking DJ and musician driven by curiosity, groove, and constant evolution. His sound lives at the intersection of electronic music and live energy—fresh, hypnotic, and deeply rooted in musical culture. Alexis started his journey early. At just nine years old, he entered a piano , learning music theory before moving behind the drums. That foundation gave him a sharp musical instinct and the freedom to move across genres, blending House with Rock, Reggae, Andean rhythms, Hip Hop, and Rap into a sound that feels both global and personal. In 2007, he earned residencies at the only electronic music venue in his hometown, quickly becoming known for his ability to read the room and lock crowds into a groove. His sets are immersive, rhythm-driven, and charged with a raw, contagious energy. Now focused on production and live performance, Alexis continues to push boundaries and explore new sonic landscapes.
