Anemourio is a meeting of people and styles that emerged in 2018 in Cyprus. Their songs reflect their thoughts and views on socio-political matters, personal and class struggles, and everyday matters, all from an antifascist point of view. Julio's dynamic rap and Freideriki's unique vocals are combined with heavy, fuzzy, riffs and ethnic elements to produce a powerful performance that coexists and balances on two opposite characteristics, aggression and sensitivity. With an already released EP and another one on the way, Anemourio have performed in different venues and festivals across the island and manages to bring together people from different backgrounds that relate with the same values such as Unity and Equality. Anemourio is using the Cypriot dialect as their trademark, along with power riffs and space sounds.
