Anna-Marie Johnson is a Soulful UK vocalist, songwriter & recording artist. She has written and recorded with top producers in the UK and USA, including Mark Francis, Ziggy Funk, Rhemi, Ted Nilsson, Pat Bedeau, Billy Freeman (Drizabone), Jerry Barnes (Chic) and The Journey Men. Anna-Marie’s main genres are soul/neo soul, soulful house and disco. She is the voice behind Rhemi’s Live Life Free, one of the top soulful house tracks of 2017 & New York City Nights (Drizabone soul family), A Traxsource #1 Special Kind of Love with Pat Bedeau & the smash hit Traxsource #1 Brandy cover Wanna Be Down, with the Journey Men, on Raising Records. Anna-Marie’s debut soul single Waiting For Your Love achieved great success on the soul scene & the Soulmekanikz remix of the track reached #1 on the Traxsource soulful house chart in 2024. Anna-Marie is a highly accomplished & energetic artist & performer who has toured the UK extensively with various bands, including Fierce & Drizabone Soul family, with whom she performed with at the Jazz Cafe & Ko Ko Camden, Ronnie Scott’s & the indigo 02, supporting Nile Rodgers and Chic.
