Aziz Ozouss, born in 1991 in Biougra, Morocco, is a notable Moroccan artist deeply rooted in Amazigh musical traditions. Growing up surrounded by the authentic sounds of the Amazigh people, he developed a profound appreciation for his musical heritage. In 2005, Aziz began learning classical Moroccan instruments like the violin and guitar, and by 2008, he was mastering the Ribab. In 2012, he joined the music conservatory as a violinist, performing with local bands at various shows and festivals. • 2016: Released his debut album, “AMZWARO,” blending Amazigh themes with traditional and world music. Driven by motivation and perseverance, Aziz is committed to sharing Moroccan Amazigh music and culture with the world.
