Baby Bass a DJ, artist, songwriter, and vocalist. Originally from Riverdale, Maryland, Baby Bass developed an obsession with music early on. She spent her childhood memorizing rap lyrics, burning CDs, writing rhymes, and filling notebooks in class with poetry and songs. She was fascinated by the animated flows from artists such a Busta Rhymes, Eminem, Missy Elliott & Lil Wayne. Her journey behind the decks began with playing dancehall in NYC, allowing her to connect more deeply with her Caribbean roots. Later on, her open mind & love for music eventually led her to house, where she discovered a new, deep, creative passion & love for tech house and minimal deep tech. Immersing herself in the underground house scene, she became drawn to synths, hypnotic grooves, rolling basslines, and high-energy percussions. Behind the decks, Baby Bass is known for her groovy, high energy, vocal-driven sound. Creating an energy that feels soulful, rhythmic, bold, and unmistakably her own. Besides being behind the booth, Baby Bass is also focused on creating an artistic world where she can express her artistry through releasing music. Drawing from her love for spoken word poetry, songwriting, and rapping, she is stepping forward as a powerhouse vocalist in the house music world, bringing attitude and personality to every record.
