BIG DOPE P is a London based, Paris born artist known for his unique production style blending Ghetto House, Electro Funk, Footwork & Rap emerging as one of Europe’s premier DJs and producers in his field. Touring worldwide and working with some of the biggest names in both dance music and rap – including Basement Jaxx, KAYTRANADA. Duck Sauce, Rustie, Pusha T, Maya Jane Coles, Todd Edwards, Thys from Noisia & more... His signature sound blends footwork, house, hip-hop and electro, creating dynamic and memorable tracks that punch hard and linger long in the memory. He co-founded the iconic MOVELTRAXX imprint when he was 16 which releases the best Juke/Footwork, Ghetto House & Jersey Club Music since 2007 with records from DJ Earl, Paul Johnson, Traxman, Dj Tameil or DJ Rashad to name a few. Dope P also released on other prestigious labels like Local Action, Fool's Gold, Ed Banger, LuckyMe, Nervous, Ninja Tune and OWSLA. After a string of successful EPs and singles, P released his debut album late 2021. Mehlish featured collaborations with a wide range of singularly talented artists, including TT The Artist, DJ Slugo, Karlito (from legendary french rap band Mafia K'1 Fry), Mighty Mark, DJ Jayhood, Feadz and more. Dope P is currently releasing a new series of singles ("Stomp Yo Ass" feat. Katie Got Bandz, "Ride With Me", "Can't Control Myself" feat. Reija Lee) leading to his sophomore album to be released early 2024.
