Born in the desert of northern Mexico and a resident of Torreón, Coah., Rafael Davila began a career in the music scene in 2007, starting as a percussionist in the drumming space, influenced by progressive rock, jazz, alternative genres and surrounding sounds, he built a mentality focused on dark tonalities within a minimalist atmosphere. His inclination towards minimalist sequences inclined to cold ambient with dark tones, in 2020 through the alter ego of Blue Elephant, a project focused directly on the creation of techno and experimental sounds, delivering his debut album "Intrusive Thoughts" in 2023 as a letter of presentation towards a trajectory that manages to extract the thoughts not said by the author, always keeping in mind to be realistic and organic through synthetic ideas. .:.
