Byron Gold is a British Singer/Songwriter from East London. Originally growing up on a notorious South London council estate, Byron made the decision at a young age to take the challenges from his humble beginnings and turn it into motivation and drive to be successful at his first love - Music. Having earned his stripes touring with BRIT award winner Lemar, opening for RnB legend Keith Sweat at the Indigo 02, providing backing vocals on ITV's X Factor and more recently featuring on the SKY ONE programme 'SING: Ultimate A Cappella' with his group 'The Gold Vocal Collective'; Byron Gold is a music artist with a strong working ethic. Off stage Byron is a strong believer in charity work, working with various different charities as a Music Director including the Theater Royal Stratford East, Oxjam, ARK Schools and The Lyric Theater. Byron was also featured on the Channel 4 Documentary ‘Young Autistic with Stage Fright’ as a guest singing coach and was invited to South Africa to work with young people impacted by HIV and AIDS as an ambassador of the music charity ‘Sing Up’.
Byron Gold performs R&B and soul music, often incorporating gospel influences and collaborating with vocal collectives like The Gold Vocal Collective.
