At the age of 10 he was writing rhymes in his notebook & was nicknamed C Gutta for his rapping by a neighbor on the block he grew up on. Corey Benji always knew he had some type of passion for music. He used the voice recorder on his HP laptop to record his raps at age 14. He started taking music seriously 2018 during his senior year of High School when he was 18. March 2018, he booked his very first studio session at Explode Studios in Brooklyn, NY where he is from. October 2018, he shot his very first music video. March 2019, he performed at his very first artist showcase. July 2020 his debut project “Big City Big Dreams” was released. From there he been consistent & been on the journey with his rap career. His story is still being made & still being told. The journey continues & so shall he.
