Cult of Magic is a collective working in the fields of performance, music, and contemporary dance, founded in Milan in 2017 by artist and composer Francesco Sacco, authors and performers Samira Cogliandro and Giada Vailati, and composer and designer Luca Pasquino. The collective's work consists in the creation of contemporary dance performances and shows, in collaboration with architecture and design studios, and museums or institutions, including Triennale Milano, Museo Novecento Firenze, Mart Rovereto, Palazzo Te, Museion, Bolzano Danza, MILANoLTRE, Fosbury Architecture, Club Plastic, and BASE Milano. The collective has produced more than ten productions, including traditional performances, site-specific works, installations, curatorial, and educational projects. Since 2024, the collective has been an associated artist of Mare Culturale Urbane, for which it curates the "GUERRILLA GIG" format. Since 2025, it has been supported for the three-year period 2025-2027 by Festival Danza Estate (Bergamo). The debuts of HABITAT - cruising intermediale (Mart Rovereto / Oriente Occidente), SUNDAY MOURNIGN (Museion), and FEAR OF THE DARK (Bolzano Danza / Danze Estate) are scheduled for 2026.
