Folk/Americana artist Daisy Chute is a singer-songwriter with Scottish/American heritage and an active performer in the UK. She is co-writer to the musical Coven - listen to She (I'll See You On The Breeze) from Coven for a taster. Following award-winning EPs Songs of Solace (FATEA EP of the year) and Cradle Songs, Daisy released feminist EP Maiden, Mother, Crone and continues her busy touring + festival schedule. As a songwriter, Daisy has been invited on international songwriting retreats by rock royalty Ray Davies (of The Kinks) and Chris Difford (of Squeeze). Daisy is likened to Laura Marling, Simon & Garfunkel, Joni Mitchell & John Denver and featured on BBC Radio stations & Caffè Neros. As a classically-trained singer, Daisy was formerly part of Decca’s platinum-selling group All Angels, and has appeared on TV/Film/Game soundtracks including Ilan Eshkeri's A Perfect Planet (Soundtrack from the BBC Series), Space Station Earth and Eshkeri: Reliquary (For Burberry). She featured on Radiohead's last album A Moon Shaped Pool, Justice's Woman Worldwide and Dave Arch's True Colours as well as live with artists including Patrick Watson, Emilíana Torrini, Melanie C and Katie Melua. She collaborated with Robert M Thomas for their track 'Murmuration' featured on the Grammy-winning For the Birds: The Birdsong Project, Vol. V.
