Daithí is an Irish composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist whose work spans electronic music, film and television. Alongside his solo work, he is one half of the electronic duo HousePlants with Paul Noonan. As a screen composer, he has written the scores for acclaimed feature films and television series including Christy, Lakelands and Aontas, earning multiple IFTA Award nominations for Best Original Score. Drawing on analogue synthesis, field recordings and traditional Irish instrumentation, Daithí creates distinctive musical worlds that place atmosphere and emotion at the centre of his work. Whether composing for screen, producing records or performing live, his music is rooted in texture, melody and a strong sense of narrative.
