Daniela Padrón

Daniela Padrón is a Latin Grammy-winning Venezuelan-American violinist based in Miami, Florida. Celebrated for her expressive artistry and technical excellence, she has forged a distinctive musical voice that bridges classical tradition with the rich rhythms and cultural heritage of Latin America. In 2025, Daniela won the Latin Grammy Award for Best Folk Album for Joropango, her collaboration with the folk ensemble Kerreke. The recognition followed three previous Latin Grammy nominations: Best Folk Album (2013), Best Instrumental Album (2022), and Best Folk Album (2025). Her discography includes Bach to Venezuela (2016), LATAM (2018) with acclaimed pianist Olga López, +58 (2020), Ella (2022) with Cuban pianist Glenda Del E, SOLA (2023), the Latin Grammy-winning Joropango (2025), and Bach to Venezuela, Live in Miami (2026), released in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the project that launched her international career. Daniela has performed and recorded with renowned artists including Willie Colón, Paloma San Basilio, Rosario, Lolita Flores, Soledad Bravo, Aymée Nuviola, Frank Quintero, and César Muñoz. In 2025, the City of Miami Beach proclaimed September 29 as “Daniela Padrón Day” in recognition of her artistic contributions and cultural impact on the community.
