Dave Nunes is a DJ and producer born to a Dutch mother and a father of Caribbean descent, having roots in both Curaçao and Suriname. He's known for blending global club sounds with a pop-minded sensibility. His sound fuses Afro, Caribbean, Brazilian, and Latin influences with electronic foundations, leaning into house and other club-driven genres. Whether behind the decks or in the studio, he balances authenticity and accessibility, bringing a distinct energy that never feels generic. He first gained recognition on SoundCloud through his widely supported Diaspora edit packs, earning early co-signs from artists such as Diplo, Sarz, FS Green, and Jyoty. Since then, he’s evolved into a sharp collaborator, co-producing for artists like Sevdaliza ("Ride or Die Pt 2"), Sarz & Asake (“C’mon Look”), Shimza, Mahalia, Blanco, and Skrillex. His recent track “Ganga Riddim” with Jarreau Vandal became a viral hit, reaching #3 on Nigeria’s Spotify Viral 50.
