An underground, raw indie rock artist.
Dear Mateo is a San Francisco-based project that fuses slacker-leaning indie rock with classic country storytelling. Channeling a casual, guitar-driven aesthetic reminiscent of 90s alternative and traditional twang, the project crafts catchy, garage-ready tracks. Across releases like The Adventures of Dear Mateo, the artist maintains a raw, independent spirit.
