Driven by hyperactive melancholia and torn between anxiety, sadness, and euphoria, DeLorea Pontiac crafts their personal sound of escapism, navigating emotional extremes. They find hope in depression - drowning in intense feelings only to rise again with vulnerable yet powerful optimism and a stubborn love for life in a cruel world. Their music - fully produced by themself in their bedroom - is a vessel for the intensity of human emotion, blending ’80s darkwave, ’90s dream trance, eurodance nostalgia, and glitchy post-punk-pop into unapologetically cheesy, genre-bending bangers. Their dark, mysterious, and seductive voice carries ethereal melodies as wide-ranging as their mood swings, luring you into the chaotic world of a lovable misfit. Call it the soundtrack to a restless, insomniac speed race for mental resilience - pushing you with naive optimism when you need a spark. Or, to be less dramatic, it’s music for those who can’t keep their feet still, craving a four-to-the-floor groove with a beautifully weird, dark twist.
