DEVIL MAY CARE from Würzburg stands for emotional metalcore with influences from alternative rock and post-hardcore. Frontman Tim Heberlein carries the messages vocally in all heights and depths, clear and emotional as well as brutal and desperate. After tours and shows with Stick to your Guns, Cancer Bats, Itchy, Blackout Problems etc., the band recently celebrated their own headlining tour throughout Germany in sold-out venues. Their release "Downfall" brings the current state of the world into sharp focus, drawing parallels to seemingly closed chapters of history. It reflects on the lessons we should have learned and warns of the danger that these historical mistakes may repeat themselves. Despite this, the world is experiencing a right-wing shift, with a convicted criminal once again rising to the top of power. Devil May Care's latest release "Amen", created in collaboration with Impvlse, is a defiant outcry against blind trust in easy solutions.
