Dimi Darko

Dimi Darko is a producer, composer and DJ based in London. The 22 year old Greek-Australian teases the boundaries between electronic club rhythms and Mediterranean, Balkan and Middle-Eastern sounds drawing inspiration from the sonic DNA of this part of the world which resonates so much with him. Shaped by early experiences with electronic music, Dimi Darko always had a knack for creating, whether it be with his guitar, or on his computer from age 13. Post Covid, Dimi explored the revival of 90s UK rave culture, hosting underground raves in Melbourne with other like-minded artists of the Selecta Team, and releasing music to honour this particular sound. Dimi's desire to break through the noise in a saturated electronic scene has led him to further grow into his own sound, interpreting the traditional sounds of the east through electronic music. Dimi Darko’s initial self-released singles and fun rave edits on Soundcloud have attracted the attention of DJ’s and music enthusiasts worldwide and with a bank of exciting new and unique material ready to share with his ever-growing fan base, Dimi Darko is firmly placed as a promising talent to watch.
