Amsterdam's latest sensation DOCTOR VELVET gives you the rock 'n roll medicine you need! While still young, they've already brewed a steamy, intoxicating potion filled with just the right ingredients: a drop of blood from The Sonics , a hair of Little Richard, a slice of Link Wray and a big shot of rhythm 'n blues! DRINK UP! Bandleaders David and Jerome met during High School where they quickly discovered a likeminded interest for Rock ‘n Roll music. After they got their band together they were picked up by Wap Shoo Wap Records where they would eventually publish their first single Put The Hurt On Me in March 2022. Besides touring throughout Europe and Latin America the band has since been collaborating with internationally renowned artists such as Benjamin Herman, Lucas Figueiredo Santana and Alex Figueira. Their debut album “New Breed” that premiered on the 4th of October 2024 gained international attention and highly positive reviews.
