Ellis Be

Latvian house DJ and producer Ellis Be has spent more than 13 years reading rooms and moving floors. His sound is emotional, melodic and relentlessly groovy — lo-fi house at the core, coloured with minimal deep tech, electronica, disco cuts and old-school acid, all carrying the warmth and nostalgia of 90s and 00s dance music. Signed to Eelf Records, he introduced himself with the Homecoming EP in 2025 and follows it in 2026 with his first studio album, Distant Memories — a full-length exploration of analogue chords, dusty drum machines and basslines that sit deep in the hips. Behind the decks, Ellis Be builds sets that breathe: patient enough to let a track unfold, sharp enough to lift a room when it counts. Whether opening in a dark basement or peaking at 3am, he brings a never-ending universe of colourful emotions to the dance floor.
