Emanuele Misuraca is an italian pianist, composer and actor. Born in Palermo in 1996, Emanuele's career as a concert pianist began at the age of 11. In June 2016 he graduated cum laude from the "Giuseppe Verdi" Conservatory of Music in Milan, Italy, under the guidance of Maestro Vincenzo Balzani. He has won grand prizes from various national and international piano competitions such as the "Monterosa - Kawai", "Young Talents with Orchestra città di Barlassina", and "Premio Internazionale Mozart di Roma" competitions. In March 2015 Emanuele won the "Premio Conservatorio G. Verdi" followed by being invited to play for the Hungarian Pavilion in the 2016 EXPO; this performance was watched by people in New York, Toronto and Tokyo. Also in 2016, he was casted to play Davide in Disney's "Come Diventare Grandi Nonostante i Genitori". In 2017 he was casted to act in RAI 2's series "Il Cacciatore", and in 2018 he was casted to play Domenico, one of the 7 protagonists in RAI 1's series, "la Compagnia del Cigno". Emanuele has also written music for the documentary, "Mexico", which was prized as best documentary at the Turin film festival and in 2019 he received the "Excellentissimus" prize handed to him by the late and great Maestro Ennio Morricone. In 2018 Emanuele was also invited to perform at an event organized by Pope Francis at the Vatican, in honor of the "Sinodo dei Giovani".
