An underground nu jazz act.
Luca Zennaro and Michelangelo Scandroglio are two of the most interesting young musicians of the European jazz scene. Through a musical language that fuses jazz, folk, and contemporary influences, Zennaro and Scandroglio craft an atmosphere that seeks to transcend the present. Their original compositions flow with freedom and fluidity, pushing beyond genre boundaries to define a sonic landscape where every note becomes a fragment of sky, and every melody, a piece of a star. In their new album, they collaborate with some of the finest musicians in Italian jazz, including Francesco Bearzatti, Alessandro Lanzoni, Simone Graziano, and Federico Calcagno.
Escanzen plays atmospheric nu-jazz and electronic jazz, blending acoustic instruments with contemporary electronic textures.
