Evdokia is a Greek singer and musician with a lifelong connection to music. Born in Athens and raised in Corinth, she grew up in a musical family her mother a singer, her father a master bouzouki player. She began formal music studies at a young age and has been performing professionally since 1988. Her early years were shaped by collaborations with her family, especially her brother Antonis Poulakis on bouzouki. As a teenager, she shared the stage with artists like Giorgos Koros, Tasia Verra, and Michalis Violari. Her debut album Mia Matia Sou was released in 1998, followed by the laïko tribute Ta Kathos Prepei in 1999. She has shared the stage with many renowned Greek artists including Antonis Remos, Makis Christodoulopoulos, Notis Sfakianakis, Stamatis Gonidis, and Zafeiris Melas. In 2001, she explored new musical paths, blending electronic and ethnic sounds in Osanna. Her later releases include Thymamai, Nyhta Feggari Mou, and Evdokia. Over the years, Evdokia has become known for her emotional performances and deep love for laïko music, continuing to tour across Greece and internationally, collaborating with artists like Vasilis Saleas and Sarantis Saleas.
