An underground brass band act.
The Fanfara Fan Fath Al is based in Milano, founded in 2021. We have the same instrument of a small Macedonian brass band: trumpet, alto sax, three euphoniums (one is a trombone), tuba, tapan and snare. Our EP contains five songs: one by Albanian composer Admir Shkurtaj named Artijana, two from the Neapolitan tradition: Maruzzella by Renato Carosone and the second one from the canzone tradition: Ammore Busciardo, using a 6/8 Iranian pattern. Last two songs are Carioca from an old movie soundtrack, and finally an original song named Fanfare Milana. Cover Picture by Gianluca Arienti
