With her honest lyrics and guitar-driven songs, FEMI takes you into an eclectic world of classic and modern alternative folk. Inspired by artists like Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Big Thief, and Patrick Watson, she tells her stories against a backdrop of nostalgic and raw soundscapes. In the summer of 2024, she recorded her debut EP with producer Jurriaan Sielcken, alongside band members Daan Krijger, Sjaak Megens, and Bram van der Schans. The first release of which is the song 'Coyote.' Using the cowardly nature of the animal as a metaphor, the song tells the story of someone not taking accountability. This April her debut EP "Deadline" will be out.
