With a penchant for analog synthesisers and groovy basslines, Fonteray seeks to create vibrant, emotive and sonically-rich soundscapes that are just as evocative as they are danceable. Grounded in elements of indie and neo-soul, while saturated with the warm and colourful qualities of disco and psychedelia, the music is distinctive yet familiar, with particular attention given to unique timbres that ooze character.
