GARZA is the solo project of Rob Garza, co-founder of Thievery Corporation, exploring his love of nu-disco, new wave, and indie dance. Drawing from the sounds that shaped his early musical years and the electronic music that fills his DJ sets today, GARZA brings together disco rhythms, new wave melodies, and a little after-hours mischief. There's a touch of nostalgia in the mix, but the focus is firmly on the here and now, music that feels familiar without looking backward. Made in San Francisco for late nights and good company.
