Gentle Giant is a British progressive rock band active between 1970 and 1980. They are known for the complexity and sophistication of their music and for the varied musical skills of the members. The band was prolific, recording eleven studio albums and one live double album in it’s ten years of existence .All of the band members were multi-instrumentalists. The band achieved a very large following throughout Europe & North America. The band’s music has seen a huge resurgence in popularity in recent years as a new audience has discovered the band’s unique qualities. At the same time the Hip Hop Community has embraced the band’s music. Artists like Travis Scott,Run The Jewels, Tribe Called Quest, Mad villain and many more have featured Gentle Giant’s music.
