German Gents

German Gents is a vocal quartet from Berlin which was formed in 2018. Their first success as a group was the “International A Cappella Contest Leipzig“ in May 2019, where they won the first prize, the audience award, and two special prizes. Through combining original pop and rock music with elements of a capella and classical singing, the German Gents have built an adoring audience for themselves who loves their unmatchable sound and unique style. They present a wide variety of music from their favourite artists, such as Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley, Bruno Mars, and many others. Having first met through the State and Cathedral Choir Berlin, the four members started singing together from a young age. They then continued their education by studying classical singing at the best-known music conservatories in Berlin. The quality of the individual voices of Thoma, Armin, Raphael and Marcel makes their sound colorful and varied. The German Gents are currently performing at many renowned festivals, such as the Rheingau Musikfestival, Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Live from London Christmas Festival, Konzerthaus Berlin, Gewandhaus Leipzig, and are celebrated as a rising star in the world of music.
