GHST

Raised in San Diego, GHST isn’t just another name in the underground — he’s an artist who built himself through obsession, sacrifice, and a refusal to bend to anyone else’s blueprint. After two decades in the game as a producer and engineer, sculpting sound for others, he stepped into the light as an artist in his own right. And when GHST moves, it isn’t halfway. It’s all in — “Creativity is when your Authenticity & Imagination meet” - GHST [The Sonic Alchemist] The name isn’t an accident. GHST treats sound like raw material, bending it until it transforms into something that didn’t exist before. His style is equal parts dark and cinematic: ambient textures, distorted guitars, ethereal pads, and lo-fi synths pulled straight out of 90s grunge memory — all welded to the backbone of hard-hitting trap drums, snapping rimshots, rolling hi-hats, and punishing 808s that shake the walls. It’s not just beats and hooks. It’s arrangement as a weapon. Cuts, drops, atmospheric builds, vocal chops buried like ghosts in the background — everything is intentional, everything pushing the sound further. The result is music that feels alive, unpredictable. 2025 was a breakout year for GHST as an artist, with a relentless work ethic — it redefines what independent artistry looks like. 2026 has been no different as GHST x label partner Stevie Rain have formed a group called Sound Gypsys and they have already released multiple tracks in 2026.
