While her past work was entirely self-written, recorded, and produced, her last collection found her collaborating for the first time with alt-pop icon, Tove Lo and Grammy-winning producer Flume. As the first outside artist signed to Tove Lo’s Pretty Swede Records (in conjunction with Neon Gold Records), the trio created the five-song project, blending hyperpop confessions, glitchy euphoria, and sweeping love songs powered by her emotive, stratospheric vocals. googly eyes sharpened her craft under mentors like Emily Warren after signing to Emily and Prescription Songs and moving to L.A., writing for artists like INJI, Jason Derulo, Devon Again and more. Now based between Scandinavia and Los Angeles, she embraces vulnerability and freedom in her own artistry - channeling raw anger, tenderness, and nuanced social commentary. For googly eyes, launching this project meant discovering her truest voice, letting go of total control, and building a boundless new era with a team who sees her exactly as she sees herself.
