Helena Day is a folk and jazz-fusion singer-songwriter from the UK. Her soulful sound fuses a unique blend of traditional folk and vocal jazz, channelled through lush vocals and dreamy live instrumental arrangements. Early last year she released her EP, ‘Love at my Altar’, a concept work exploring love and sacred spaces, deemed by BBC Radio Kent as sounding 'like a fairytale'. Helena has more recently begun to use her music as a platform for wildlife conservation. Her debut album, ‘When All the Birds Have Flown Away’, due to be released in 2026, is a mix of reworked traditional English folk songs and original tracks shedding light on Britain’s declining bird populations.
