“Drawing evident inspiration from the dawn of Finnish black and death metal, when enduring pioneers such as Archgoat, Beherit and Barathrum laid the foundations. The band’s recent debut album “The Annihilation Deliverance” is a work of exceptional quality and maturity from such a young group, who obviously understand the importance of powerful and infectious RIFFS. While HGNS is as bestial, blasphemous and merciless as their name implies, they aren’t afraid to complement the decimating war metal attacks with hypnotic heaviness to drag their victims down into an abyssal trance.” Death Worshiping Bestial Black/Death
